Aurora di Embrace is guided by the concept of spirit—spirit of land, ancestry, fire, and renewal—expressed as glowing embers rather than a single dramatic flame, with deep Tuscan and terracotta reds, drawn from regional pigments and focused in terracotta travertine thresholds, referencing Florence’s art and food culture, Fabio’s roots, and Anishinaabe teachings that red is the colour spirits can clearly see. These ember-like moments at the main reception and art gallery event bar tie the design back to Fabio’s legacy and its renaissance through his son’s passion for crafted spirits, positioning the restaurant as a living vessel where their combined spirit remains present in how people drink, dine, and come together.
